Preferred Personnel Africa History

1995

The Beginning

Preferred Personnel Africa was founded by Rose Musau with our first office at Nairobi Baptist Church.

1996

First Client

Our first client CBA (now NCBA). Procured recruitment services to acquire talent for the customer service and teller positions. Now a common practice in all banks.

2000

Expansion

Between 1998 & 2000 we moved from Nairobi Baptist Church to Natu Court, Ngong Road, then to Kileleshwa.

2003

Growth

PPA started outsourcing with international firms such as Microsoft, EABL, and Coca-Cola.

2007

We became continental

Preferred Personnel becomes Preferred Personnel Africa.

2010

More growth!

Major staff restructuring Moved to our own premises, Saachi Plaza, with a new team.
